Auuuh what a great Spring Break!!! It started on Sunday...Easter was such a blessing for us. I was going to cook a grand meal and when I told Thom...he had this weird look on his face and said Why don't you take a break and we go to Coltons....glad we did! Then it was off to get the boys surprise...we were going to get them a trampoline...little did they know they actually purchased it hahaha. Thom and I went Saturday to look at them, there were 6 of them...soooo on Sunday when we went...can you believe there were NONE LEFT?!?!?! $$$300.00!!! Unbelievable. sooo we had to call the Wal-mart in the next town, they had six....Thom told them to write our names on one and we will be right there :o).

When we got home it was so much fun to work on it together! I read, Thom got the parts, the boys fought. It was the best experience! Oh and the dog freaked and demanded to be in the middle of it. It took a day, but when it was complete the boys took joy in the fact that we did it as a team :o)

We had beautiful weather and played alot outside... by Wednesday Dylan hit a sulky mood very grumpy and just aspergery. had to work thru that so I cleaned out his room and he got to choose where he wanted his furniture moved. It took me a whole movie to do it and he was so excited. He said its like a teenagers room and he is almost a teenager...NOT he is not even 10! and I remind him all the time. but Ialso realized that he is 1/2 there to being an adult!!! OMGsh! in 9 yrs he will be out!! This is flying by!!
Yesterday Jacob had his first soccer camp. Its 2 hours and he did NOT want to wear his leg braces. The dr said that was fine if he did'nt wear them but to be careful....soccer right,,,careful,,,,but again OMGsh that boy ran the whole time, was aggressive and knocked kids over....man If only he knew that you don't pick up the ball and you don't steal the ball away from your own team and that you are NOT the coach he will be a kick ass soccer player! who knew?! hes better at basket ball and he loved soccer...EXCEPT when they lost...got to work on that with him...he was...to say the least pi$$ed off! cried, steamed, was a Thom jr for sure. Secretly Thom and i loved that! Cerebral palsy my bucket. I wonder how he will wake up this morning, I wonder if he will be sore from all that running. He does wear his braces at night tho so he wont have to wear them during the day. It doesn't make sense to me why thats ok, but the doc said if he wears them at night he wont have to wear them during the day. What ever....
I will start posting pictures a soon as I figure out how to do that....

  1. Cousin, take the Misty post to Jesus and not to the web. She could find it and have more baseless ammunition.

And I am expecting pictures of you and Thom on the trampoline. I need some humor.

  2. I cannot believe Dylan is 10! This cannot be right. You must have gotten your math wrong. Check again, please.

I'm glad you all had a blast setting up the trampoline as a family. I've missed having one since we left it for the Butts' kids in Solon. Yes, I just said Butts. Butts, butts, butts.
